A relationship that has been blooming with joy and love is hard to end. A break up can occur when one or both start feeling uncomfortable which can happen for plenty of reasons. Break up is a painful activity. After a breakup you start feeling lonely and depressed. You are looking for answers for how to deal with a break up.
